Police to Step-Up Security On and Around Temple Mount
reprinted from Arutz Sheva (IsraelNN.com) Police continue to release statements that security on and around the Jerusalem Temple Mount will be "significantly increased" as the implementation phase of the Gaza Disengagement Plan draws near. Security officials, including the Shin Bet general security service, continue to warn there are plans among extremist Jewish elements to target the al-Aqsa Mosque on the Mount, stating such an attack would spark global Islamic violence. |
