An attorney for General Manager Yehuda Glick of the Temple Institute in Jerusalem said Monday that he would file damage suits against officers who detained Glick on Sunday and Monday without filing charges against him, according to News first class. Glick was held for hours on Sunday, then released.
On Monday, he returned to his job, which includes taking groups to the Temple Mount. Glick was arrested, handcuffed and thrown to the floor of the police vehicle, and told that his activities were a threat to the public.
Attorney Aviad Visuli said it was a matter of clearly unlawful arrests without any legal rationale.
