Groundbreaking for Temple School on Wednesday

reprinted from Arutz 7
Oct/06/09

Groundbreaking is scheduled 2 pm Wednesday in Mitzpe Yericho for a school to teach members of the priestly class their roles for service when the Third Temple is built. The first part of the school will be an outdoor altar measuring 16 meters by 16 meters. A 16-meter ramp will lead up to the five-meter high structure.

The priestly class includes members of the tribe of Levi, including descendants of Aaron the High Priest at the time of Moses. Among the subjects to be taught are where and how sacrifices are to be brought.
