Massive Priestly Blessing at Western Wall

( The massive Birkat Kohanim (priestly blessing) is taking place at the Western Wall of the Temple Mount, Judaism's holiest site, Tuesday morning.

Private traffic will be barred from entering the Old City of Jerusalem and surrounding roads.

The public is encouraged to use mass transit.
