Regev: Meeting on Temple Mount is Not Provocative

reposted from Arutz 7
4/23/2013, Iyar 13, 5773

MK Miri Regev (Likud), who chairs the Knessetís Interior Committee, rejected on Monday the claims made by several MKs that her planning to take the members of her committee to the Temple Mount is a senseless act of provocation.

Regev told Arutz Sheva that she plans to hold several meetings regarding Jewish prayer on the Temple Mount, as well as meet with all the relevant parties in order to make it possible for Jews to pray freely at the compound. She emphasized that her actions were not meant to provoke but rather to make sure that Jews are allowed to exercise their right to pray on the Temple Mount
